(3) Location: Barrack or housing should be located to provide reasonable access to work, schools, medical facilities, and social services. It should not be situated in polluted or unsafe zones. (4) Basic standards: Minimum standards, as set by Safeco 24×7’s authorities, should be followed to ensure decency, hygiene, and comfort. These can include:

 

(1) Sufficient and safe water supply.
(2) Proper ventilation and drainage.
(3) Access to sanitary facilities.
